Redesigned a mission-critical internal platform supporting ~$2B in annual operations. Owned the end-to-end design of complex workflows, building trust, clarity, and efficiency into every step.

• Led research with 25+ users across 8 personas, mapping fragmented workflows into a unified, human-centered service model.

• Cut annual event creation time from ~40 hours to <30 minutes by reimagining workflows, reducing fields, and enabling single-click event duplication and multi-event creation.

• Centralized a scattered toolset (30–40+ bookmarks, repeated data entry) into one intuitive platform—reducing cognitive load and eliminating systemic inconsistencies.

• Eliminated major data inaccuracies by establishing a single source of truth and auto-populating downstream tasks and forms.

• Integrated transparent request tracking through Jira, giving event leads real-time visibility into ownership, progress, and next steps.

• Presented product architecture and 40+ wireframes to cross-functional and executive stakeholders, aligning the org around a realistic multi-release roadmap.

Project: Online Donation Form Automation

• Reduced form creation from 5–7 business days to instantaneous, removing 5 people and 9 emails from the workflow.

• Enabled event leads to self-serve customized donation forms—projected to generate $200M+ in incremental revenue.

Project: Bequest Central – High-Risk Vendor Rescue

• Discovered a misaligned $500K vendor implementation that threatened legal operations supporting nearly 50% of St. Jude’s revenue.

• Conducted rapid research and redesigned core flows, automation, and legal correspondence tooling in three weeks, enabling ALSAC to safely sever vendor ties and rebuild the right solution.
